• You are responsible for the accuracy of your product listings, pricing, and availability.
• You must ensure your business complies with all applicable laws in Kenya (or your country of operation).
• You are responsible for fulfilling orders and handling customer inquiries.
• You agree not to misuse the platform (e.g., fraud, spam, harmful activities).

4 Payments & Subscriptions

• Subscription payments are made via M-Pesa or other approved payment methods.
• Fees are non-refundable once charged.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your store.

5 Prohibited Products & Activities

You may not use SokoEzy to sell:

• Illegal items (drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property).
• Adult or sexually explicit content.
• Weapons, explosives, or harmful substances.
• Items that violate intellectual property rights.
• Any product restricted under Kenyan law.

• SokoEzy provides the platform "as is" and makes no guarantees of uninterrupted service.
• We are not responsible for disputes between sellers and buyers.
• We are not liable for lost profits, data, or damages arising from use of our services.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.
• You may cancel your subscription anytime, but fees already paid are non-refundable.

9 Changes to Terms
